Appointments during COVID-19

We are currently operating a total telephone triage system to minimise the number of patients attending the Practice for face to face appointments. This means that all patients will be offered a telephone consultation before a face to face appointment to be risk assessed. A clinician will phone you back to discuss your needs, and wherever possible this will be dealt with over the telephone. You may be asked some screening questions to minimise the risk. If the clinician deems that you require a face to face appointment, one will be arranged. Please co-operate with any instructions you are given and be aware the member of staff you see may be wearing protective equipment in your consultation.
