Communication

We do have access to both face to face and telephone interpreting services for consultation purposes. You must let us know in advance if you would like to access these services.
Please speak to reception for further information.

Hearing Problems

We have a hearing loop for patients who have difficulty hearing. This is accessible via reception if you need this during your consultation please inform the receptionist upon your arrival.

The GPs will either come and get your for your consultation or use the call tannoy system in the waiting room. If you feel you maybe unable to hear the please inform reception who will make alternative arrangements.
